Spin Klin™ Disc Technology

This technology uses thin, color-coded polymeric discs that are diagonally grooved on both sides to a specific micron size. A series of discs are stacked and compressed on a specially designed spine, that create the depth filtration element.

The cutting fluid flows through the discs and captures particles and contaminants.

The discs are available in a range of filtration degrees, depends on the application, and has the highest chemical resistance due to their polymeric construction.

The Amiad disc technology enables consistent, high-quality filtration performance over a longer period of time.

The filtration performance is further enhanced by the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet, which ensures a stable process and guaranteed workflow.
